Review the assigned case study: Rising, then Falling Innovation at Dell (p. 388). In essay form, answer the following (2-4 double-spaced pages, APA 7th Edition Guideline):
1. What were the keys to Dell Inc.s success as it grew?
2. How did entrepreneurship help the company grow?
3. Why has innovation at Dell been falling in recent years? Search the Internet for information that discusses how Michael Dell is making innovative changes to strategy and structure to turn around his companys performance.
