Reflection Analysis of Salary Negotiation Role Play

Based on your salary negotiations, analyze what you learned from your negotiation experience.  Reflect on the choices you made in your role play and any relevant concepts from class and your readings.  Describe what went well and what could have gone better.  You may comment on the other partys actions and your reactions and/or responses. Also, describe what you may do differently in your next negotiations.
