–    Give some background, how and when it was established.
o    Possibly what initiated the creation of such an organization

–    What individual is responsible for overseeing the organization?

–    Where is the headquarters for the organization located?

–    Contact Information: How would one contact the respective organization? (include all possible modes of contact; phone, in person appointment, Zoom, fax, mail, etc)

–    And most importantly, give at least 2 specific  initiatives (you are welcome to give more than 2) that the organization embarked upon for the wellbeing and quality of peoples health. Only one of the 2 initiatives can be coronavirus related.
