The organization, SME Systems, has been having difficultly with employees related to: arguing among coworkers, lack of trust, increased employee turnover and decreased employee morale. The issues among employees has caused a significant decrease in workplace productivity.
Your assignment is to:
*Prepare a powerpoint for the executives/HR department of SME Systems on how you plan on resolve each of the issues ( s )related to: arguing among coworkers, lack of trust, increased employee turnover and decreased employee morale ) they are experiencing in the organization. Essentially, how are you going to fix it ? Be detailed and specific.
*In your powerpoint, be sure to address the importance of teamwork, how to create a positive workplace environment etc… What are some recommendations you have for them to improve the organizational culture for SME Systems?
*Be sure to provide detailed recommendations that are supported by research.
*The last part of your presentation will also include an unique (detailed/step by step) activity/ice breaker that can be a positive bonding experience for the employees.
*You must also include references from this week’s reading and at least 1 additional reference in your powerpoint. Also, reference where you got the ice breaker or include if you made it up. Be creative!
