Write an argument which shows your preference between The Yellow Wallpaper and The Black Cat. Explain which is better and why.
Make a claim and support it with evidence from the texts. Be sure to make minor claims, insert evidence, and comment on the evidence to build an effective argument. You should use outside sources (Included below) or other literary criticism.
Options of focus are,
-Mental state or madness of the narrators,
-devices used in the narrative point of view,
-the role of obsession in each story,
-the causes and escalation of madness,
-the marital relationships of the narrators,
-the use of imagery,
-the use of symbolism.
Paper is 2-4 pages, plus a works cited page. MLA format
