You are presented with Four issues. Please respond to all Four issues in one cohesive essay.

Please include a brief introduction and conclusion, use Level I headings to differentiate between the three issues.

1.    Consult the Issues and Cautions in Studying UCR Data found (Attached) and identify the weakest and the strongest elements of the 11 shortcomings presented using analyses and arguments supported by reliable sources.

2.    In your analysis, differentiate between methods of criminological research, and describe how the shortcomings detailed on page 30 could be avoided.

3.    Describe a behavior that may be interpreted as criminal and non-criminal with analyses and arguments for each conclusion.

4.    Search and locate one article on Victimology in a Court Setting.
Summarize the research you find, and provide your opinions opposing and supporting the actions of the court.

Guidelines to the Essay:

a.    The essay should begin with an introduction to the topic.
b.    Organization should be logical, clear, and appropriate.
c.    You should provide strong evidence of critical thinking.
d.    Essay should end with a conclusion statement to support your essay.

** The format of the submission should be in essay format using subheadings.

** Need four (4) peer-reviewed, academic sources no more than 5 years old minimum**

** The Essay should be 2 Full pages minimum not including Title page and Reference page**
