A cover page, a minimum of 6 pages of narrative (but no more than 8), a reference page with 5 references, properly notated.  The paper MUST be typed using Times Roman font with 12 point type.  Your narrative must be double-spaced, correct syntax to include spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.  The paper should have pages numbered on upper right corner and be sure make use of paragraphs properly indented.  You may lose significant points if your paper is lacking any of the requirements.  I will attach links to sites that may help you craft your paper.  I suggest you contact the Writing Center at the University.  They will be more than happy to assist you.  Information about the Writing Center is found on page 7 of this syllabus.
